Prayer of Salvation
Pray This Prayer from Your Heart - Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You today acknowledging that I am a sinner and have fallen short of Your perfect standard. I recognize that my sins have separated me from You, and I cannot save myself through my own good works or efforts.
I believe with all my heart that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins, and that You raised Him from the dead on the third day, proving His victory over sin and death. I believe that He is the only way to You and to eternal life.
Right now, I confess Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. I turn away from my old life of sin and choose to follow You. Please forgive me of all my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Come into my heart and life, and make me a new creation in Christ.
I surrender my life to You, Jesus, and ask You to be the Lord of every area of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live in a way that brings glory to Your name. Thank You for loving me unconditionally and for the precious gift of eternal life.
I believe that I am now Your child, saved by grace through faith, and nothing can separate me from Your love. Help me to grow in my relationship with You each day. In Jesus' mighty name I pray, Amen.
